K. Melton is an innovative cybersecurity executive, eclectic artist, and advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion. With almost 15 years of experience—including leading global behavior change programs as a former VP at KnowBe4—they blend technical expertise with creative insight to advance online safety education.

As co-host of the No Password Required podcast and a continual collaborator with industry giant Winn Schwartau, Melton is known for making otherwise complex, technical concepts accessible for any global audience.
